How We Assist Our Clients
We offer 6 service options.
Please read carefully to determine which option best suits your needs.

OPTION No. 1 – On-Site Consultation (Per Room)
Includes:
* On-site consultation
* Design and suggestion session
* Black & white room sketch
With Option 1, we visit the site to discuss your requirements, ideas, and preferences.
We also advise on what we believe works best for the space.
You will receive black & white drawings based on the discussion.
* Drawings delivered online in approximately 3–7 days
* Cost: €80 + VAT per room
* Gozo surcharge: €40
* 50% of this option is refundable if an order is placed

OPTION No. 2 – Quotation from Existing Drawings (Free)
You may send via WhatsApp:
* Full plans and drawings
* Designer or self-prepared sketches
* All specifications and measurements
This option applies to items such as:
Walk-in wardrobes, wall-to-wall units, ceiling-to-floor wardrobes, kitchens, units, home bars, and other designed furniture.
Important notes:
* Drawings must be professional, clear, and feasible
* All specifications are required
* We cannot quote from unclear or basic sketches
* Quotation is based only on what is shown

OPTION No. 3 – Design from Measurements (Per Room)
If your room is not yet designed, you may:
* Send full room measurements via WhatsApp
* Or visit us with measurements to review together
Measurements must include:
* All walls
* Doors
* Windows
* Measurements must be taken for furniture, not tiles
You will receive a black & white vector sketch online.
* Drawings delivered online in approximately 3–7 days
* Cost: €65 + VAT per room
* Phone consultation or in-person review available

OPTION No. 4 – Factory Showroom Viewing
If you wish to view our work before choosing Options 1–3, you may book a viewing appointment at our factory showroom.
* Viewing only
* No obligation to proceed further

OPTION No. 5 – Room Plug Layout for Furniture
If you require assistance with setting out electrical plugs for furniture:
* Cost: €90 per room
* On-site service

OPTION No. 6 – Furniture Damage Consultation
On-site consultation regarding furniture damage, including:
* Written consultation letter per room
* Professional opinion for third parties
* Cost: €95 + VAT per room
* Court testimony (if required): €100 + VAT per hearing

Additional Information
* Appointments available 7 days a week, subject to availability
* On-site visits are included once an order is confirmed and deposit is paid
* Final measurements are always taken by us before production begins
